Your Tasks
Medical Detailing & Territory Management
• Executes the annual medical detailing plan in line with Eucerin brand and medical strategy.
• Learns, adopts and consistently implements the Eucerin Way of Detailing.
• Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with dermatologists and other relevant healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Plans and executes high-quality HCP visits based on agreed segmentation, targeting, frequency and coverage objectives.
• Takes ownership of the assigned territory, HCP/customer base and agreed detailing KPIs.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation of visits and activities in relevant company systems.
Scientific Communication & HCP Education
• Develops and continuously maintains strong scientific, dermatological, product and competitor knowledge.
• Translates scientific information into relevant and practical benefits supporting professional recommendation of Eucerin products.
• Conducts educational activities and trainings for dermatologists, young dermatologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Participates actively in internal scientific, product, detailing and sales skills trainings.
• Collects and shares relevant medical, competitor and market insights from healthcare professionals with the Medical Manager and Eucerin team.
HCP Relationships, Congresses & Medical Activities
• Identifies high-potential HCPs, rising experts and relevant medical contacts within the assigned territory.
• Supports the implementation of KOL activities under the direction of the Medical Manager.
• Represents Eucerin professionally at relevant congresses, conferences, exhibitions, educational events and medical meetings.
• Supports the preparation and execution of local medical events and follows up on relevant HCP contacts and opportunities.
• Provides structured feedback and key learnings from HCP interactions, congresses and medical activities.
Pharmacy Training & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Conducts online and offline pharmacy trainings and educational activities in line with local priorities and the agreed training plan.
• Supports Sales Representatives in organizing and delivering customer-related trainings when required.
• Participates actively in team meetings, cycle meetings, trainings and relevant regional medical meetings.
Performance, Administration & Compliance
• Achieves agreed activity, coverage and detailing KPIs and contributes to overall medical and business objectives.
• Manages allocated samples and materials responsibly and according to agreed priorities and company procedures.
• Completes all work-related administration accurately and on time and maintains high-quality customer and activity records.
• Conducts all HCP interactions according to applicable legal, ethical, regulatory and company requirements.
• Demonstrates company values and maintains high professional standards when representing Eucerin externally.
Your Profile
• Based in Prague, Central Bohemia, East Bohemia or North-East Bohemia, with willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Secondary-level healthcare professional qualification
• Several years of sales experience gained through medical representative (physician visitation) work
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Well-organized, reliable and able to manage your territory effectively while working toward ambitious goals
• Category B driving license and practical driving experience
• Good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
